Full House Renovations
Full-home and main-level renovations coordinated by one general contractor.
About This Service
Reno Rabbit manages full-home and main-level renovations in Milton and the GTA as your general contractor. We bring the construction scope, suppliers and qualified trades together for projects involving kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, staircases, lighting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC coordination and interior finishes. Your complimentary in-person consultation helps establish how the home should function, the work involved, finish preferences and investment range. We then develop the scope and construction sequence, including demolition, rough-ins, inspections, installation and final walkthrough. Drawings, engineering and permit requirements are coordinated where the proposed work requires them. General contracting also allows us to manage connected improvements beyond the interior renovation. Depending on the agreed scope, a project can include window replacement, roofing, exterior finishes or interlocking. These items are assessed and priced for the property rather than assumed to be included. View our completed home renovations and contact us to discuss the work you want to bring together. Home additions and extensions: Planning to expand your home? We can discuss an addition or extension as part of your general contracting scope. Feasibility, design requirements, structural work and permits need to be assessed for your property before the scope and price are finalized.
